My web app to send scores to http://mydomain.com, I have to set how the config.xml file?

I added:
<feature name="http://tizen.org/feature/network.telephony"/>
<feature name="http://tizen.org/feature/network.wifi"/>

But it does not work, hopefully someone can help me, thank you very much!
