As Olivier Nyssen broke the ice and declared the revised roadmap introducing "Preview 4" in July instead of Tizen 4.0 M1 in June,2017; I am very keen to know about the plan for Guides and Tutorials publication.
https://developer.tizen.org/forums/tizen-.net/preview-4
It's pretty understandable to me, introducing .NET in Tizen platform can cost some obvious reshcedule. But If you take a look at the existing Guides on Tizen Native Application Development and Tizen Web application Development:
https://developer.tizen.org/development/guides
https://developer.tizen.org/development/guides/web-application
The step by step Implementation of Sensor Data, AppControl, Bluetooth, etc are explained in the Guides, which gives a third party developer the ability to work with Tizen environment. I really appreciate the Initiative along with the API References (Code Examples) , Tip & Tech Documents and Code Snippets. I myself, is one of the developers who grown skill in Tizen Native and Web from Tizen Developers website.
But when it comes to Tizen.NET its just Blank!!! All I have is:
https://developer.tizen.org/dev-guide/csapi/index.html
Which is an automated/semi-automated documentation generated from file, having just the name of the Classes with properties and functions. Not even a Clue how to use these components !!! Yes, There are some samples but they do not have enough comments to decode the methodology step by step for a developer. My point is without such documentations, development in Tizen.NET is not very possible right now.
Please share when similar Guides would arrive on the site, which is necessary for the third party developers, specially for the newbies, Thanks.
